Cabling specialist receives TOP 100 seal for its corporate culture promoting innovation
Augsburg, February 22, 2022 โ Rosenberger Optical Solutions & Infrastructure (Rosenberger OSI), an expert in fiber optic connections, cabling solutions and infrastructure services, has once again been recognized for outstanding innovation work. The cabling specialist convinced in the 29th round of the TOP 100 competition with its corporate strategy as a think tank and was awarded the TOP 100 seal for this. On June 24, 2022, Rosenberger OSI will additionally be honored in this context by the competition's mentor, science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar.
The core of the TOP 100 innovation competition is a scientific selection process that participants must undergo. On behalf of compamedia, the organizer of the competition, innovation researcher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke from the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and his team examined Rosenberger OSI on the basis of more than 100 innovation indicators from five categories: Top Management Promoting Innovation, Innovation Climate, Innovative Processes and Organization, External Orientation/Open Innovation and Innovation Success. In principle, the TOP 100 analysis is concerned with the question of whether a company's innovations are just a product of chance or are systematically planned and thus repeatable in the future. Special emphasis is given to the question of whether and how innovations and product improvements succeed on the market.
Top innovator and digital innovation leader
The result: Rosenberger OSI was awarded Top Innovator for the first time and thus continues its success story. The Augsburg-based company celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2021 and has been able to establish itself as a global expert for innovative cabling infrastructures and services in the fields of data centers, local area networks, mobile networks and industrial applications. For its numerous submitted patents, Rosenberger OSI 2020 also received the certificate "Digital Innovation Leader" from the F.A.Z. Institute. The TOP 100 award underscores that Rosenberger OSI is not content with what it has achieved so far, but is continuously working to further optimize processes, products and services. โThis independent award is confirmation that we are perceived as an innovator.
