Quality Management

The Rosenberger OSI Quality Philosophy

One of our primary goals is to be an excellent partner for our customers providing solid products together with fast, flexible and individual solutions for technical challenges.

Quality Management

A quality management system as a basis for our organisation was introduced immediately after the foundation of Rosenberger OSI in 1991. Since 1995 we have been certified according to EN ISO 9001 with full recognition. We are continually improving our quality management system with the aim of maintaining flexibility with streamlined processes. We have also been certified according to ISO 9001:2008 standards since 2009 and ISO 9001:2015 since 2018. In addition, the official recognition granted to our manufacturing sites and our business processes by several well-known and important customers has encouraged us to remain faithful to our quality philosophy.

Quality Principles

We only buy cables and fibers from leading, high-quality manufacturers. We only use our own connectors or those obtained from well-known, high-quality manufacturers. These connectors meet all current standards and thus correspond to international specifications. All semi-automated assembly processes are carried out and supervised by process and test equipment compliant to the latest standards. We carry out 100% inspections following all critical process stages. Dispatch is subject to a systematic examination of all goods.

Information security management system (ISMS)

Since the beginning of 2022, Rosenberger OSI's information security management system (ISMS) has been certified according to ISO standard 27001. With this, the company is setting a strong example for the security of information, data and systems. The certification according to ISO 27001 is the internationally leading standard for ISMS. It specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving an information security management system within an organisation. This also includes requirements for assessing and addressing information security risks tailored to the needs of the organisation. The requirements specified in the standard apply to all certified organisations, regardless of their type, size or nature.
