This strategic move expands the company’s portfolio and service offerings.

The acquisition, signed on 20 March 2024 and is retroactive to 1st October 2023, is a significant milestone for both companies. ET contributes long-standing experience and expertise in the planning, installation and maintainance of electrical and IT infrastructures.

Strategic move to promote growth and innovation

ET will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rosenberger OSI under the leadership of Managing Director Alexander Rakoczy, who will remain in his current position.

“This acquisition and the associated strengthening of our services division underlines our commitment to continued growth in the data center industry,” said Thomas Schmidt, Managing Director of Rosenberger OSI. “ET's valuable experience and many years of expertise will enable us to further extend our leadership in the German data center market.”

One-stop expert for IT system solutions and electrical engineering

“Fürth-based ET is a leading service provider in the fields of network technology, telecommunications, low-current systems, and electrical engineering. With our expertise, we are closing a gap in Rosenberger OSI's portfolio,” said Alexander Rakoczy. ET was founded in 1997 and has a staff of 50 employees.

The company provides one-stop IT infrastructure system solutions to customers across various sectors, from consulting and planning to implementation and ongoing operational support.
