Your start at Rosenberger OSI.
To help you get right in the groove, we’ll provide a tutor for you during the first six months of your employment. This person will help you get acquainted with the company and answer any questions. You’ll learn about our procedures and company culture.
In addition, you’ll be in close touch with your supervisor and receive a personal induction plan. Our in-house “OSI trains OSI” training concept will help you to learn the ropes, and you’ll be welcomed by our managing director.
